Customers come to us to complete the final details (the Snags) after they have been frustrated by their Builder.  The bulk of the work has usually been completed, however the final finishes are either missing or completed unsatisfactorily.  The Builder will have moved on to the next job and likely left a Labourer to complete the usually small but aesthetically important final jobs.  Our Multi-Trade skills and eye for detail means you get the finish you originally agreed, and if you have held back funds (usually 5% of Project costs) our costs should easily be covered.
